Pros

Very nice people work in the company

Cons

The company has grown so fast that the leadership hasn't kept up with the growth. The founders are trying to lead the company at an operational level at the same time when they're saying they want to give employees more power. The result is a huge mess where no one knows who to listen to and there is a lack of clear strategies and roles.

Thank you so much for your comment. Doubling the company five years in a row creates a lot of stress on the organisation. As a founder, it’s a big transition to move from doing everything yourself to having a complete team of experienced and senior managers running the day-to-day operations. That said, as a CEO, I’m still going to be operational and not only “work on the strategic level”. We’re not like the banks :) Emil

Pros

Some strong leaders remain, and many teams include passionate, hard-working employees who care about their work.

Cons

A lot in senior leadership has changed recently, and the transition has been far from smooth. Decisions are often made without consulting teams, and communication is inconsistent, leaving employees in the dark. Some new members in the senior management team show unprofessional behavior, including dismissive or and disrespectful interactions. A persistent lack of transparency, once a core value within the company, makes it difficult to understand what is happening across the organization. Communication around roles, responsibilities, and priorities for new hires is unclear within the teams and creates unnecessary friction and confusion. Until leadership becomes more stable, respectful, and transparent, it is difficult to recommend joining at this time.
