Unorganized and lacks vision - Senior Consultant Qral Group Employee Review

Very poor management team who does not have any long term vision. Most people here are not that smart and everyone is expected to work long hours for below industry average salary. Projects are assigned randomly without any alignment to individual interest (person with zero tech experience can be asked to build a data warehouse on her own). No promotion or profit sharing. You are stuck doing entry level work forever without much salary growth or mentorship.
