Pros
Qral hires great people- smart, resourceful, creative, and collaborative. Colleagues are helpful to each other and congenial. Leadership, specifically the founder, is not. Consultants can have an impact from day 1- and if they invest in networking across the company, can gain exposure to lots of interesting projects and clients.
Cons
Absolutely no transparency (especially in compensation and benefits) into how decisions are made, where the company is going, what is important to be successful. No formal processes or structures, no support functions (HR, accounting, admin) and no indication these things will come anytime soon. Qral has over 100 people and should start to act a bit more "grown up".
