      Nothing. Also, nothing to do all day.

      Cons

      Everything. Management was the worst. Executive Management all the way down was the worst and unqualified. It’s the worst team I’ve ever seen.

      Autonomy to make decisions on a daily basis. Work-Life balance is great. Management does a good job at taking everyones input.

      Cons

      Pay wasn't the best. It is hard to move up in the company.
