Pros

Working at Qoyod has been an incredible journey for me over the past two years. As an entry-level software engineer, I’ve found the culture here to be very supportive and collaborative — seniors are always willing to guide, and my ideas are valued regardless of my experience level. The work environment is dynamic yet friendly, which makes it easy to learn and grow without feeling pressured. I also appreciate the flexible policies that allow me to balance my personal and professional life while still contributing effectively to the team.

Cons

While my experience at Qoyod has been largely positive, I believe there is room for improvement in a couple of areas. Transparency could be enhanced, especially when it comes to sharing company decisions and long-term plans with the wider team — more open communication would help everyone feel aligned and engaged. Additionally, training and development opportunities are somewhat limited. As a growing company, investing more in structured learning programs, mentorship, and clear career development paths would greatly benefit employees who are eager to upskill and advance their careers.

Pros

A lot of projects are up and running to learn. They are doing their best to provide you with a positive productive environment. There's room for mistakes when it happen.

Cons

I really wish for the management to focus their efforts on a couple of projects and having the will to sacrifice some of the projects we are working on in order to achieve a milestone in another project. The company got a lot of fat that it needs to get rid of, a lot of unwanted employees and a lot of people are doing the bare minimum and their contracts are renewed which makes you end up with multiple incompetent employees that you are not learning from but they are draining your energy down with their nonsense.
