      Fantastic technology structure, Flexible work (remote or hybrid)

      Cons

      Will say anything to get the sale, putting the teams under constant pressure and give unachievable dead lines. Constant restructure, making people redundant “as there is not enough money” but the VPs and above receive a nice pay rise. Less people means more work for the remaining staff.

      Leadership is the very best I've ever had the privilege of working with. They are flexible, hold themselves and their employees to high standards.

      Communication between deployment can be better.
