-depends on your boss you may get alot of freedom at work as long as you meet the targets -good training ground -nice people overall -feel secured to be in growing industry-ecommerce -not much micromanaging on lunchtime and lateness
Cons
leave office when sky is dark, no apparent reason why working hours 7pm no flexi work hours for part-time study no standard training given..have to learn from colleagues changes can happen very abruptly very basic medical benefits
