Good job to start with as a stepping stone for recent graduates. Nice people within the laboratory. Good hours.
Cons
No progression or real training opportunities. A constant cycle of 'we are working on it' where nothing gets done. Poor pay that is not competitive or reflected in the effort you put in. The company's no blame culture is a sham. High staff turnover.
