4-10’s or every other Friday off depending on position.

Always changing directions, start on one direction full steam ahead, wait for that to change in a week, then change back, then change again but 99% different. Fast forward 6months, nothing to show for it except wasted time and lost moral. Double standards for “chosen” people. No real growth.
