Pros

They will judge you so soon and will take harsh decision to end your employment.Join on your own risk because no matter how much caliber you have they will not see it, they will not warn you if you are doing something wrong they will just end the employment. It is not about the whole company It is about the team you are going to be part of ! You have to be careful in your probation if you are new in sweden or going through something that is your problem because you are not going to get any warning or second chance or feedback on things you are doing wrong ,you will just get a news next day you wake up that “we are terminating your probation”. They will pretend like they were searching for you and in a blink of an eye they will fire you without thinking about you or giving you reason. They will assure you and make you feel that you are at right place but that right place will not rethink about you when it comes to ending your employment. At least they should give a chance to that person ,warnings to that person to improve himself/ herself because they say things like you proved you can do things but what they say and what they do is completely different. Again , it is not about company it is about some toxic people who do not want to wait and understand a person they just come to conclusion.

Flexible hybrid working, no hard written rule, team have much of say how they need to work.

No clear direction, change direction frequently, lack of people in the team, toxic culture, doesn't know what are the priorities,

Few good people with supportive and collaborative mindset.

Cons

Management often fails to set clear goals or provide a well-defined strategic direction. Certain leaders appear to lack the experience /expertise, and daydream about meeting unrealistic expectations. The work culture can feel highly toxic, with poor communication and limited psychological safety. The overall environment does not reflect the standards typically expected from an international workplace.
