Overwork, Underpaid and Under-appreciated - Investigator Qlarant Employee Review

Too much work, no raises, nonchalant management and changing the rules of standard procedures too much. Added on extra duties because people left which, caused more people to leave. The work was way too overwhelming. CMS is clueless and are no help with coordination of work load problems plus we do a bunch of work just for them to decline cases that should really be looked at. I had some great co-workers and learned some new skills but staying on isn't worth it.
