Abysmal upper management. Horrid. There is no one to go to either, as the HR department is the most corrupt in the building. They pick favorites and enable poor behavior, allowing individuals at the director level to bully and berate staff with zero accountability. New directors and VPs brought in monthly, when struggling departments are denied funding for more employees (that actually DO the work) and the training desperately needed to do their jobs efficiently.
