      Pros

      autonomy for the most part. I have advanced in my skills since working here. Working from home is a definite blessing, but if you are not a self-starter, or get distracted easily, then working from home is not for you--or the company you are working for!!

      Cons

      my manager hired me for my expertize, but then argues with me about what I say and makes me backpeddle to suit her needs. I am not paid at the level of my last job

      Solid company, great work ethic, great coworkers, excellent rapport with federal law enforcement

      Little room for significant pay increase/raise, few positions to promote to.
