Flexible work schedule. Ability to change schedule without using time when warranted. Approachable management. After a few years annual time increases in increments according to years employed. Ability to work from home but not full-time. Able to work 8 hr work days or 9 hrs/8 hr with day off for three day weekend. This company allows for self-directed work load. The opportunities for advancement are there if you want them. The staff ( management and coworkers) are supportive and accommodationing when as situations dictate. We have to remember that this is a business with expectations to meet for our customers. I've enjoyed working here and intend to remain a part of this organization for as long as I am able.
Cons
Minimum yearly salary increases . Due to contract funding. Health plan could be better but is competitive to market this is contract work and job security is based on obtaining contacts.
