Pros
Qintess is a place where I feel that I really have the opportunity to grow, achieve my goals and improve myself. Its entrepreneurial mindset allows for great learning and autonomy. I love that it's also preparing to become a leading international technology company.
Cons
As it's a company that has been and still is going through many transformation processes it creates friction and, sometimes, rupture. It can be a rollercoaster. I love the fact that's entrepreneurial, but sometimes it's good to have some guidance and a clear plan to follow.
