      Para quem busca trabalhar com projetos temporários

      Cons

      A gestão demonstrou postura excessivamente centralizadora, pouco aberta ao diálogo e, muitas vezes, marcada por atitudes que considero tóxicas e sem empatia. Faltou escuta ativa, respeito às individualidades e maturidade na condução de conflitos e feedbacks. O ambiente acaba se tornando pesado, com comunicação baseada em pressão e pouca valorização das pessoas.

      Pros

      Relatively small company with the most seasoned IT recruiters in Oporto, people that combine technical expertise with an outstanding market knowledge. This extensive experience allow us to work with some of the most interesting companies and start ups. Also a very ethical place were we are encouraged to always give feedback and focus on our candidates expectations.

      Cons

      Although we are part of a large multinational named GiGroup, one of the 20th largest HR companies wordwide, Qibit it's not very well known...YET!
