Pros
I got paid every two weeks on the dot. That's it. That's literally it.
Cons
Your job is constantly at risk. You can be let go for no reason. I was at the company for six months, and I was told over the phone by my supervisor (who was also laid off) that our entire department was simply let go. My email was suspended, and I had to call to request a letter of separation be sent to my personal email account.
Also, the company flies by the seat of their pants. During the COVID-19 pandemic, the company handled themselves very poorly, simply telling employees to get back to work with THREE confirmed cases (two in one week) without doing anything about it.
They have no plans in place, no structure, and no real management (the owners haven't been in the building since the pandemic started, but they expect everyone else to be there), but they laid off everyone who they hired to help turn the company around without giving them a chance to prove their worth. They promise to get better and that you are helping build the company into something great, but they just use you and dump you when it gets too difficult to keep you around.
