Pros

Overall, Qencode was a great experience. It was fulfilling to be part of a team. I would highly recommend Qencode to any UI/UX designer who is eager to learn, contribute, and make a significant impact in the video encoding industry.

Cons

These cons aren't necessarily reflective of the working conditions at Qencode.

Pros

You will make a few friends here, as everyone would probably be suffering as much as you are. At least, I felt that way.

Cons

Working here is a terrible waste of time. Anyone who has worked here for real for a couple of months will agree to it. The leadership is awful, and they don't care if employees are unhappy. The work culture is awful as people don't trust each other. Everyone wears a fake smile to ensure that they can survive here for a few months, until they find a new job. Most people who find another job quit as soon as they can. Only those who couldn't find a job elsewhere are still stuck here. No one cares about the ridiculously high employee turnover, no one ever will.
