      Pros

      Good coworkers, had a great boss. You can be promoted fairly easily.

      Cons

      Corporate, so upper management doesn’t really care. Unless you have a boss that will fight for your fair pay, you’ll never get a decent raise. Customer service jobs can be mentally taxing.

      Healthy work environment and good opportunity to climb the ranks.

      Honestly, not many cons. When you're good at your job at Qdoba, it is very healthy and easy.
