      - Easy menu to remember - Job tasks are easy

      Cons

      - Pay is horrible only get a 25cent raise a year when it's supposed to be a "big" raise every six months (I've been there for 4 years no change) - Rude management - sexual harassment from management

      Healthy work environment and good opportunity to climb the ranks.

      Honestly, not many cons. When you're good at your job at Qdoba, it is very healthy and easy.
