      Great environment in store, friendly people.

      Cons

      45 hour weeks are a joke when you’re really working 6-7 days a week at 60-70 hours. And when you finally reach the point of working 45 hour weeks they’ll pull someone from your store to put you back at 60-70 hour weeks.

      Healthy work environment and good opportunity to climb the ranks.

      Honestly, not many cons. When you're good at your job at Qdoba, it is very healthy and easy.
