      Pros

      Great management Good hours Easy job Its not hard to get started and the days go by quickly

      Cons

      The people they hire typically last a week. If they last longer than a week then they will be there for months at the most. Benefiits are a joke medical is barebones and pto is 3.5hrs/month.

      Healthy work environment and good opportunity to climb the ranks.

      Honestly, not many cons. When you're good at your job at Qdoba, it is very healthy and easy.
