Nothing New to learn in Operations. Work and life balance can't be possible here. They only consider login times no logout untill manager leaves. In operations people need to work like machines.

Everyone at the company was extremely friendly and engaging. The management team is really focused on making you successful in your career. Interesting work for all the team, which motivates everyone individually.

Work & Family Life Balance not there at all. Long working hours. A big Demotivating factor.
