Pros

The company has a lot of potential in the industry, which creates opportunities for employees. QbDVision is a fast-paced company with exciting challenges that keeps the work interesting. Employees are supportive and driven. It is clear that everyone wants to see the company succeed. Overall, a positive and collaborative company culture with the benefit of remote flexibility.

Cons

Experiencing growing pains from the rapid growth. Hiring often lacks appropriate evaluations, leading to inefficiencies when employees are not a great fit for the role (e.g. department leads with no management experience). Additionally, gaps in career trajectory and professional development (e.g. raises, promotions), which is starting to change.

Pros

I have worked at QbDVision for close to three years and the biggest pro of working here are my coworkers (no, seriously). The team is full of smart, motivated people who are genuinely committed to helping each other succeed. It’s rewarding to work alongside colleagues who care about their work and the impact we’re making on the industry. The culture here is supportive and teamwork-driven. Even though it's a remote-first company, it’s easy to stay connected because everyone is focused on shared values and long-term goals. Working here gives you the opportunity to go to conferences and offsites—they’re fun, well-organized, and a great way to connect with leadership on a personal level. The company also offers stipends, learning opportunities, and benefits outside of work which have been helpful. Overall, I feel like my work is valued, my voice is heard, and my contributions matter.

Cons

It's a growing startup, so there are growing pains. There aren't a ton procedures or documentation, etc. But this is kind of a blessing sometimes, so, I don't know. Maybe it's a pro if you're cool like that.
