Pros

I really like the culture of the company and the diversity of our employees. Our team is worldwide and yet the team dynamic is closer than any other organization I have had the pleasure to work at. These people are passionate about the work and driven to deliver a truly revolutionary product. As for day to day, I appreciate the creative opportunities to drive innovation and have my voice heard.

Cons

I personally do not see this as a con, but the company dynamics require resourcefulness, strategic thinking and purposeful decision making at every role level. Some may find this a bit overwhelming, but if you thrive in this environment, it is a great place to expand your skillset and find career fullfillment.

Pros

I have worked at QbDVision for close to three years and the biggest pro of working here are my coworkers (no, seriously). The team is full of smart, motivated people who are genuinely committed to helping each other succeed. It’s rewarding to work alongside colleagues who care about their work and the impact we’re making on the industry. The culture here is supportive and teamwork-driven. Even though it's a remote-first company, it’s easy to stay connected because everyone is focused on shared values and long-term goals. Working here gives you the opportunity to go to conferences and offsites—they’re fun, well-organized, and a great way to connect with leadership on a personal level. The company also offers stipends, learning opportunities, and benefits outside of work which have been helpful. Overall, I feel like my work is valued, my voice is heard, and my contributions matter.

Cons

It's a growing startup, so there are growing pains. There aren't a ton procedures or documentation, etc. But this is kind of a blessing sometimes, so, I don't know. Maybe it's a pro if you're cool like that.
