      Pros

      - Great life-work balance, since we worked 6 hours per day (30 hours per week) - 2.400 euros for learning budget - Freedom to get involved or lead any initiative where you were interested

      Cons

      - Recently (October 2024) there has been a 180 degrees cultural shift. Lots of people have been fired cruelly and probably for illegal reasons (the Law will confirm it). This is all public information. - Their product-mindset and XP maturity is much lower than they think... - After 5 years of existence, still no serious user feedback... and only one customer!! - The new CTPO applies a lack of transparency and communication behaviour.

      Water tech is an exciting and meaningful space to build a career, and Qatium is a great place to learn, contribute, and grow within the ecosystem.

      Cons

      As with any startup, the fast-paced and constantly evolving landscape requires adaptability and a lot of energy, which can sometimes feel challenging or even a bit disorienting.

      Pros

      Meaningful mission with a real impact with colleagues who are talented and collaborative. Also a good company ambience that values trust, respect, and transparency. Lots of autonomy to take ownership of your work. Option to work 30-hour weeks, allowing for a great work-life balance.

      Cons

      100% remote can sometimes feel a bit isolating, but the company helps by organizing 2-3 in-person events each year to bring everyone together.
