It's impossible to know what project will continue or be cut due to indecisiveness and leaders without the appropriate training to fully execute the job. Most leaders are in their role because they are related to someone or have the appropriate last name. Many of the nationals do not work so expats are required to do double duty to pick up the slack. Nationals make at least twice what expats do.
