Pros
Best in class at tech M&A, hands down. Qatalyst wins all the top sell side mandates, as long as the company didn't go public recently with a bulge bracket.
Cons
No protected weekends like Goldman, Morgan, or JP Morgan. I worked harder than my peers at other banks and had a smaller class size, so there were fewer colleagues to befriend.
