The biggest problem with this company is the management team. They take over promising and under delivering to a whole new extreme. Clients end up pissed because nothing is delivered properly or on time and this has a major impact on the business. Developers end up bearing the brunt of the pressure from management and are treated like throw-away commodities. There's no support, development, or consideration if you work for Qarik. People just end up quietly disappearing or are pushed out becase the toxicity of the environment is so awful. If you think this is the opinion of one disgruntled employee, just type "Qarik" into Linkedin and click "See all people results". This company only ramping on hiring a year ago, but the turnover of people has been ridiculous. It's only a small company, but has tens of former employees already. Some of the worst employee retention in Belfast says it all about this company. The market is Belfast is booming, so do yourselves a favour and swerve this bunch of cowboys.
