Pros

One of the things I really enjoy about my role as a 3D Visualization Leader is the constant creative challenge, especially because I’m given the tools, resources, and trust to fully explore my capabilities. That allows me to grow and experiment while bringing architectural ideas to life in a compelling way. It’s also rewarding to see how these visuals influence decision-making, and I’ve had the chance to develop as a leader while collaborating closely with different architects, artist and creative people.

Cons

Since the company is still relatively new, there are processes and structures that are still being consolidated. The high volume of new stores keeps the pace fast and dynamic, sometimes leading to tight timelines, but it also pushes efficiency and adaptability. Frequent iterations and feedback encourage continuous improvement, and maintaining a high standard of quality helps reinforce strong attention to detail. Overall, it’s a role that constantly challenges you to balance creativity with practical constraints.

Pros

I’ve had a very rewarding experience working in QA while also contributing to the training team. This role has allowed me to develop valuable, transferable skills that apply across many corporate environments. I’ve learned how to effectively collaborate with people from diverse backgrounds across the U.S., which has strengthened both my communication and adaptability. Additionally, gaining exposure to different cities and perspectives has been incredibly enriching on both a professional and personal level. What truly stands out is the team culture—supportive, collaborative, and genuinely close-knit. It often feels less like a workplace and more like a family.

Cons

The fast-paced environment and high expectations can be challenging at times, but they also push you to grow quickly, build resilience, and continuously improve your skills.
