The best reason for working at qarbon is that it's better to earn a paycheck than to take government handouts. At the very least you can say you paid your own way in life.
Cons
Where to start? Working overtime for free without any salary-exempt bonus is one. There is a qompany-wide bonus program...but everyone participates., so I'm referring to when you're expected to work overtime without being qompensated at the supervisor level, yet one level higher (and above) enjoy the benefits of both programs. That should be illegal! Another is how pooly the people that actually manufacture the product are treated. An example of this would be to only insist on accountability for the shop floor personnel and allow other departments to shirk their responsibilities...time and time again. I never figured out how those actions went unnoticed.
