They pay was good for the job.
Cons
The job was originally focused on the customer experience and management told us that they cared about making sure the customer was happy, but then in the last few months of working there, the priorities shifted and it became just letting go of customers that couldn't be helped. So, instead of actually trying to help customers, the focus was just close out customers that couldn't be helped easily.
