Pros

Not a single one. They make the salary look like it's better then others, but the fact is you work a minimum of 45 hours per week. Let me stress MINIMUM.

Cons

Corporate insisted on acting as if they owned your pharmacy license because you work for them. Expected you to do things against your better judgment and in many cases illegal in the practice of Pharmacy. The turnover was never ending as I saw 10 people come and go in just a few months of employment. QVL's investors got taken for a ride and lost millions trusting people like Chad Collins, who pretends to be a good old boy on the local school board. In truth, he knows nothing about the practice of pharmacy and should of kept his old job as he will soon be looking for a new one. Not so easy finding a job when you sunk the last company you worked for.

Pros

Somewhere to go and get special medications if in DIRE need (note the dire need).

Cons

Constant corporate line-up changes, HR that works against you!, Lies of compliance while they themselves don't follow along, bigotry among corporate, Customer service is a joke when you get denied a med bc it cost too much for them to fill it, wont price match and won't try. Treat their employees with no respect and that thy are dispensable. Unfortunately this company has proven that despite the inadequacies of drive-thru, OTC meds, and insurance issues, there is always a place that is the bottom of the pack.
