Pros
Not a single one. They make the salary look like it's better then others, but the fact is you work a minimum of 45 hours per week. Let me stress MINIMUM.
Cons
Corporate insisted on acting as if they owned your pharmacy license because you work for them. Expected you to do things against your better judgment and in many cases illegal in the practice of Pharmacy. The turnover was never ending as I saw 10 people come and go in just a few months of employment. QVL's investors got taken for a ride and lost millions trusting people like Chad Collins, who pretends to be a good old boy on the local school board. In truth, he knows nothing about the practice of pharmacy and should of kept his old job as he will soon be looking for a new one. Not so easy finding a job when you sunk the last company you worked for.
