Pros

Unpaid time off. They often approved TOWOP, I hated my job so this was nice.

Cons

The pay is very low for what you’re expected to provide. They expect SO much out of you. You can’t step away from the phones or you’ll get a message from your manager asap, you now have to have 3% sales every month even though your customer service. It’s crazy. You have to have perfect quality and if you don’t make those scores you can get fired by your 4th month. I absolutely hated this job, I got screamed at by customers daily, sat in the phone for a long time and then would get in trouble for being on a call for too long?
