      Decent pay for casual roles Very flexible around study commitments Great to work with other students and academics

      Cons

      Could be a little slow/bureaucratic in getting things done Some internal politics within academic and admin staff, but didn't impact casual staff too much

      Pros

      Great academic staff and students. Pods of real innovation that are world class.

      Cons

      Admin staff make life difficult and what can go wrong with each process will go wrong. Very soul destroying to have to battle endlessly just to get the most basic tasks approved.
