      The people are amazing and the atmosphere is kind.

      I've heard that the way you are treated really depends on who you're working with. It's a huge organisation and there are always bad eggs.

      Pros

      Great academic staff and students. Pods of real innovation that are world class.

      Cons

      Admin staff make life difficult and what can go wrong with each process will go wrong. Very soul destroying to have to battle endlessly just to get the most basic tasks approved.
