Transport is run by despatchers with full control of employees lively hoods with no Hr department for recourse,transport managers who is never seen or viewed or actively engaged in daily operational activities directly with drivers which could prevent these activities ,despatchers who engage in ongoing bullying ,intimidation, victimization , favouritism, mind games with employees , daily transport breaches including dangerous goods breaches and legal transport breaches with ignorant disregard for transport laws ongoing moral issues , example casual are penalised if they don't comply with taking a DG trailer with no placards or fire extinguishers with penalty days off for minor errors some employees have been put off up to 4 days,justifying with there are no trucks available, a toxic workplace which seems to have no managerial oversight or look like improving,safety is the worst I've ever seen with despatcher daily directional breaches a common line is give him week off and see how he likes that ,it would be nice to met the general manager I've never seen him ,its toxic signed concerned employee
