Favoritism, Ageism, all the -isms anyone can imagine, under a glossy facade. Strategy is not properly communicated to middle level, so people are left wondering about goals, KPIs and priorities. Jokes of questionable taste, verbal abuse and glaring favoritism is part of everyday job. I would strongly advice anyone thinking of applying to check the open job history on Linkedin -it is almost certain you will find several people at the position lasting no longer than 12 months.
