Thank you for sharing your feedback. You may know that QTS offers a flex plan which provides employees 52 days per year to work remotely in addition to paid time off days. This is in addition to the type of flexibility that QTS has always endorsed in supporting our employees when needs arise unexpectedly.
QTS, along with most other companies, regularly conducts market wage analysis to validate our pay ranges are market competitive. QTS also offers many avenues to share feedback (employee surveys, EVP Executive Sponsors, Leadership, Ambassadors, People Services, anonymous feedback loops etc.). Almost everything we do at QTS has a direct correlation to employee feedback.
