      Fantastic purpose…. serving our Veterans

      Cons

      Horrible, inexperienced and toxic leaders. The only solid and experienced leader is gone. The associate director of the Call Center is a narcissist, can’t be trusted. She doesn’t care about the employees or the Veterans. It’s sad.

      Consistent pay, work from home

      Cons

      Too focused on numbers, and not the people we are helping. Lots of favoritism by management, constantly changing who does what without notice. Unreasonable goals for staff.
