      Too much work, poor salary Bad work environment (stressful and even toxic sometimes) No work life balance Employees are not treated equally (frustrating) The job itself is boring after a while Very noisy openspace

      Pros

      The most friendly people I have ever worked with. The QT team always treat each other, clients and service providers with respect and kindness. As an intern, I am carefully guided through the profession of event management and management always take the time to help me learn. I am always kept busy and engaged. QT have taught me how to provide the highest level of service so that their clients are always satisfied.

      Cons

      Event management can be stressful and the office is often busy!
