      1) Everyone is supportive but they don't have much time to help.

      Cons

      1) Anytime u can be fired if u are not good at anything u mentioned on resume. 2) Not be able to manage work -Life balance. 3) Manager does not perform his job properly ...which indirectly create pressure on employee. 4) No Bonus. 5) No good increment .
