Leadership is Becoming More and More Distant - Anonymous employee QSC Employee Review

When I started working for the company, I felt that our leadership team was a lot more transparent and helpful. I also felt that I was able to do the things I needed to do to be able to understand what my customers needs are. As time has gone by, our leadership has become less responsive. Some senior leadership doesn't even respond, even to urgent matters. It feels like they're in the clouds and we're all down here just trying to stay afloat at times. Decisions are being made that make no sense and I'm starting to question where we're going.
