Good place to grow professionally. Flexible work schedule. Reasonable expectations and good mentorship.

Bonus structure provides little incentive to exceed minimum hours.

Convenient location Many attorneys are nice

Run like a circus. Managing partner has no spine and doesn’t want to manage. Cliques between legal assistants, one who thinks she’s in charge. Taking advantage of a PL to have her be HR and a billing PL. High turnover because nobody wants to work with a certain legal assistant. Attorneys who feel comfortable yelling at subordinates, upper management who do nothing about it.
