No cons at all honestly

QOMO gave me a great oppurtunity to grow as a salesperson when I lacked experience. The company is very flexible about time off and vacation as long as you communicate properly and in advance. The work environment is very quiet and relaxed.

There could be better communication between management and the sales reps. Oftentimes there are misunderstandings, and certain managers will be too preoccupied to answer any questions.
