Pros
Only Some General Good points which can be expected from a normal Software company like: Salary on Time. Leave Policy. Good Infrastructure as a Mid Level Organization.
Cons
Poor Management. No proper Way Of Working, No Business Plans & hence can't predict the growth. Due to the lack of Technical & Managerial skills of Upper Level Management, it becomes difficult to explore your skills, which can affect your growth. Lastly, you can expect a total Imbalance of Personal & Professional life. And it won't be ocassional during Releases, but on a regular basis.
