Pros
Many of my coworkers are extremely talented, well educated, and intelligent.
Cons
Management is at a loss, provides no direction, and is almost appears to be purposely tanking the business. Poor cash management, and overly micro-managed by those who should be unemployed. Constantly laying good personnel off.
