      Pros

      Organic Structure, Allows interns to learn alot rather than just temp Labor. Can learn about sales, Finance, operations, Accounting no borders just request and they will teach you.

      Cons

      Pay is little lower side when compared to job responsibilities. Interns are supposed to come in 5 days while everyone else works from home so could feel lonely for some people

      I enjoyed getting to know my coworkers

      Cons

      Poor communication and follow up from management. Leadership out of touch with employees and unwilling to listen. They ask for feedback from employees annually but get defensive when the feedback is poor and seem incapable of making positive changes.
