Annual profit sharing, 10% 401K match, casual work environment, nice people. Industry leading product made very well.

Cons

Long time family owned business transitioning to being run more like a larger corporation. Most understand the need, some of the longer term employees don't like changes.

Co-workers doing their best without appreciation

Cons

Chaotic atmosphere. New system implemented with no support at all! Bills are all past due. Not a good environment and higher ups are not addressing and handling the problems. Such a shame.
